The light fairy is located in Simeria.
Since Ziranek was invented, she has begun to kill innocent pets. If you buy a mummy doll of the same species as your pet at the mummy dolls shop, the light fairy will kill your pet and turn it into a mummy.
Apparantly, if your really lucky, the light fairy might present you with a Light Fairy Doll!
